• Take the BACK of the shirt
• pull it tight across the back
• measure THE SHIRT 
• From under the arm pit area,

• X-SMALL = 32-34 chest / 30-32 waist
• SMALL = 38 chest / 32-34 waist
• MED 39 chest / 34-35 waist
• LARGE= 40 chest / 35-36 waist
• XLARGE= 41-42 chest/ 36-37 waist
• 2-XLARGE= 42-44 chest / 37-38 waist
• 3X-LARGE= 45-46 chest / 39-42 waist
• 4X-LARGE= 42-46 chest / 42-44 waist
