The stretch band hat sizes are like having an elastic waist band, only on your head. The stretch band is attached to the inside, or inner brim of the cowboy hat. When your head is smaller, the waist band grips the head for a secure fit. When your head is larger, the waist band will stretch out to fit your head. The stretch band hats in SM/MED and LG/XLG will have a range of sizes they fit and will be listed as such in the description of every stretch band hats. The stretch band hats will only fit up to a specific hat size. That too will be listed. If your hat size is above what it fits up to, you would need to go to the next size up. If you fall in the very large hat size range and there is not a next size up, then the stretch band hats will not work for you.

There is no "Men's or Women's sized" hats. Every person's head size varies, so there is no way to guess on a hat size.
Adult hat sizes range from 6 3/4 (21 1/2" head) to a 7 3/4 (24 1/4" head) and sometimes larger. If you must guess, it is best to order any of the Faux (imitation) Felt or Straw Cowboy hats that come in SM/MED and LG/XLG sizes, as those hats will fit a range of sizes, but again there is no common hat size for either men or women.

This depends on the actual head size of the infant or toddler. Although we have a very accurate age listing, all information is approximated. Every child will not be the same exact size as someone of the same age. We do have a good rule of thumb.
We consider; INFANTS to be age 0-1 and TODDLERS to be ages 1-3
All hat size, and head size measurements in inches are listed on the cowboy hats we carry, so you can do the measurements of the infant or toddler to insure a perfect fit.
Our Infant/Newborn and Toddler sized hats are much smaller in the brim and crown size, as to be more proportionate for the 0-3 year old child.

Most children up to approximately ages 13 will fall into the cowboy hat size 6 3/4 and under, but not all.
Taking measurements for an accurate fit is best.
Most of our child sized hats come in the STRETCH BAND fitting, so it would fit a range of sizes. All stretch band hats will have what size it fits up to listed in the description of that hat.
Some hats will have an approximate age listing as well.
Some children (yet few) would fit an adult size hat. Some adults (yet few) would fit a child sized hat.
* If the child is not available to measure, and you are unsure of a hat size, a safe rule of thumb is children of age 10 and under would fit up to a 6 3/4 hat size. Any cowboy hats with a stretch band fitting up to the size 6 3/4 would be suggested.

This is a shipping method offered by the post office with an expected 2-3 day shipping.

Priority Mail could take up to 5 days. These are all business days. Priority Mail is not delivered on Sundays and Holidays.

• UPS

UPS GROUND is a 1-6 business days depending on your location from our warehouse in Apple Valley, Calif.

UPS 3 DAY is a 3 business day shipping time; Day 1 is not counted as the same day of shipment. Mon-Friday deliveries only.

UPS 2 DAY is a 2 business day shipping time; Day 1 is not counted as the same day of shipment. Mon-Friday deliveries only.

UPS NEXT DAY is a 1 business day shipping time; Day 1 is not counted as the same day of shipment. Mon-Friday deliveries only.

We do offer a FREE Economy shipping after you meet the minimum order amount, not including tax.

The min. order amount is listed at the top of every page.

Because the shipping is not actually free to us, we will ship the cheapest way we can, therefore we can not say before the item ships what carrier will be used.

YES! We use the US Postal PRIORITY MAIL for shipping to a PO BOX.

Please note, if you select UPS we can not ship to a po box.

We do not include any sales information or receipt in your shipment.  All invoices are emailed at the time of the order.
