Take a well fitting button down shirt, (not a T-Shirt)* DO NOT Measure a person* lay it down flat. * Take the BACK of the shirt* pull it tight across the back* measure THE SHIRT * From under the arm pit area, (1 side only) SEAM TO SEAM ONLY.

NOTE:  Measurements are NOT all the way around.  DO NOT measure a person. Compare the inches you get to the measurements below:

XS = 20 inches
SMALL= 21 inches
MED = 23 inches
LARGE = 24.5 inches
XLG = 26 inches
