Do not measure a person.  Compare to a currently fitting shirt: 

* Take a well fitting BUTTON DOWN SHIRT* Use a tape measure* Lay the shirt down flat, on the back side

* Measure from side to side, going across aprox 1/2″ under the arm pit area.

ONE SIDE ONLY, NOT ALL THE WAY AROUND

•  X-SMALL = Aprox size: 0-2 EXACT MEASUREMENTS : 13″ seam to seam
• TOP SLEEVE SEAM TO BOTTOM CUFF = 14 inches.

•  SMALL= Aprox size: 4/5 EXACT MEASUREMENTS : 14″
• TOP SLEEVE SEAM TO BOTTOM CUFF = 17 inches.

• MED = Aprox size: 6/8 EXACT MEASUREMENTS : 14 1/2″
• TOP SLEEVE SEAM TO BOTTOM CUFF = 18 inches.

• LARGE = Aprox size: 10-12 EXACT MEASUREMENTS : 15 1/2″ 

• X-LARGE = Aprox size: 14-18  EXACT MEASUREMENTS : 18″
