Please see the RETURN POLICY below for the "Are there any items or orders that can NOT be returned?."
As long as the item(s) being returned are within our 30 day return policy and have not been worn, used or washed.
We only ask that you acquire the necessary return authorization so that we know who the order is from, once the order is received.
Simply send us an email or phone our customer service for the RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to be issued a refund or do an exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags can not be removed from the item. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

For Christmas and Easter, We offer an additional 30 days from the date of the holiday to do a return or exchange if the order was placed within a month prior of the Holiday.
HALLOWEEN orders can not be returned for a refund past 30 days of the date the order was received.
We require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Simply email or call our customer service to have this generated for you. This is a number assigned to your order that lets us know who the return is from.
- DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER.
- DO NOT RETURN TO THE MANUFACTURE.
- The assigned Return Authorization [RA#] tells us who you are.
- Exchanges for size or colors or a different item that is in the same category. (a shirt for a shirt)
- We cannot offer the free shipping back to the customer on an exchange from a boot tip to a shirt, or a kids hat for an adult hat.
Not to worry! Every shipment is insured for the value of the order.
Please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If the item is still available we can get you out a replacement or issue you a refund.
ONLY if an order was RETURNED TO SENDER by the carrier [USPS or UPS] as UNDELIVERABLE, there will be a 10% Restocking Fee.
- To avoid the restocking fee, the customer can pay for the 2nd shipment with a corrected mailing address.
Otherwise, there is NO RESTOCKING FEE for a regular return or exchange.

Refund Policy
Items / Orders exempt from being returned;
- Hazardous materials such as Ring Caps or Roll Caps
- Intimate or sanitary goods, bandanas
- Any special order, custom made items
- Any products listed online as a FINAL SALE item.
- LARGE QUANTATY ORDERS [for example] 10 shirts one 1 order can not be returned for refund. EXCHANGE ONLY on these types of orders.
Please allow 10 business days from the date of receipt for your refund to be processed.
Items received back on a Saturday are not logged in until the following MONDAY.
Holidays can not be counted.
Refunds are issued back to the original means of payment. We do not do store credits.
If we already issued the refund to a card that has been replaced, the funds should go back to the same account regardless of the new card number. As long as it is a replacement card for the original means of payment.
If the credit card has since expired, we would need the new card number or expiration date to issue the refund.
