Take a button down shirt, lay it flat, measure the side seams of the shirt, UNDER THE ARMPIT AREA. ONE SIDE ONLY, go from seam to seam, (Across from 1 side to the other) not all the way around.

• SMALL = Aprox: 38 chest/SEAM TO SEAM = 23 inches

• MED= Aprox: 40 chest/SEAM TO SEAM = 24 inches /Sleeve= 25.5″ seam to cuff

• LARGE = Aprox: 42 chest/SEAM TO SEAM = 25 inches/ Sleeve= 26″ seam to cuff

• X-LARGE= Aprox: 44-46 chest/SEAM TO SEAM = 26.5 inches/ Sleeve= 26.5″ seam to cuff

• 2XL= Aprox: 48-52 chest/SEAM TO SEAM = 28 inches/ Sleeve= 27″ seam to cuff
