• pull it tight across the back
• measure THE SHIRT 
• From under the arm pit area,
• (1 side only) SEAM TO SEAM ONLY.

 NOTE: Measurements are NOT all the way around.  DO NOT measure a person.

• X-SMALL = Size: 0-1 – Back side, seam to seam= 12 inches
• EQUAL to size: CHILD SIZE MED

• SMALL= 15 inches/ From top to bottom = 17″”
• EQUAL to size: CHILD SIZE LARGE/ ADULT XXSMALL

• MED= 16 inches /From top to bottom = 18″”
• EQUAL to size: CHILD SIZE XL/ ADULT X-SMALL

• LARGE= 17 inches /From top to bottom = 19″”
• EQUAL to size: ADULT SMALL

• XLARGE= 18 inches /From top to bottom =20
